I was starting to feel like a comedian. Stephen’s instruction is the most constructive I’ve seen. He doesn’t try to fit you into some preconceived notion of what comedy should be. He embraces who you are – be it an alternative performance artist or classic setup-punch comedian – and helps you find and hone your voice. Now that I am making my living in the business, I continue to use the standup comedy classes as as a place to try out new material. What takes weeks of stage time to create and refine, happens in a few days working with Stephen. For anyone from a beginner to an experienced comedian, I highly recommend Stephen’s stand up comedy class. In fact, I’ll probably see you there!”
